Shipping and Returns Policy - FirstFash UK

Shipping

The shipping cost for your order will be based on the total order weight. Simply register for an account, then log in and add your items to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout.

Returns

Items can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase as long as they are unworn, unwashed, unused and are returned with original tags. Please note, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings or underwear, and we do not accept returns on sale items.
Please fill out the Returns Form included with your order. Then send the items back to us, along with your returns form. For your security, we recommend using an insured courier, this way you are protected in the rare occasion something goes wrong.
Refunds will be issued minus the cost of shipping and it may take up to 2-10 business days from the date received for the refund to be reflected on your bank statement.
